Kirori’s son to head Aarakshan Samiti

Karauli: Colonel Kirori Singh Baisla’s son Vijay Bainsla will now be the president of Gurjar Aarakshan Sangharsh Samiti.

This decision was taken in a meeting of Aarakshan Sangharsh Samiti at the residence of Col. Bainsla on Wednesday.

Various points, including the demand for reservation were also discussed in the meeting. In the meeting, the people of the Gurjar community elected Vijay Baisla as the president of the Sangharsh Samiti.

In the meeting, tribute was paid to the late functionary of the Sangharsh Samiti, Captain Harprasad Tanwar, while Tanwar’s wife Sarasvati Devi was included in the Sangharsh Samiti. Col. Bainsla will continue to be the convener of the Samiti.

The speakers in the meeting emphasized on the demands of reservation agitation cases, the backlog of vacancies etc.
