Karan Johar pokes fun at Jaya Bachchan’s relationship with the paparazzi

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Karan Johar is a witty person and that can be seen time and now during his interview and with his captions on Instagram. The filmmaker again showcased his acuity with a poem he penned for the promotions of his upcoming film ‘Rocky aur Rani ki Prem Kahani’. Johar posted a selfie on his Instagram with the lead couple of the movie, Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt. While the three wore stylish sunglasses, Karan and Alia twinned together in black while Ranveer opted for a white tee.

Karan captioned the post with his quirky poem describing all the stars that are a part of the film.

“So much josh and jazbaati Jawaani (So much enthusiasm and youthful emotions),
Pritam ki dhamakedar dhun bhi hai sunani (Pritam’s banging tune is also there to listen),
Garam Dharam ka swag toh dekho (Look at hot-headed Dharam’s swag)

Jaya Bachchan is known for her unfriendly relationship with the paparazzi. She has on many occasions chastised reporters for surrounding her with cameras while she was at work. Karan Johar poked fun at this nature of hers with the line, “Bas humari favourite Jaya ji ki tasveer mat kheencho! (Just do not click pictures of our favourite Jaya)”.

Rocky aur Rani ki Prem Kahani is a romantic comedy film directed by Karan Johar. While Jaya Bachchan and Dharmendra star as Ranveer’s parents, Shabana Azmi plays Alia Bhatt’s mother. The film is currently under filming with many pictures from the set exciting the fans for this upcoming project.
