Kamal R Khan arrested again after gym trainer charges with molestation allegations

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Kamal R Khan was arrested a few days ago for his controversial tweets in 2020 about the late actors Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan. The actor was arrested by the Mumbai Police as soon as he entered the city. Now, he has landed yet in another legal trouble after a gym trainer accused him of asking favours for sexual advances. Hence, KRK was presented to the court yet again. He was arrested on Saturday by the Versova Police and presented in the Holiday Court on Sunday and later sent to judicial custody.

The molestation case is from 2019 but it was filed in the earlier months of 2021. According to the gym trainer, he asked for sexual favours in January 2019 but she was afraid of KRK’s contacts in the film industry and chose to keep quiet. Apart from this, he even tried to forcibly hold the hand of the complainant. The arrest was done after the orders of the 24th MM Court, Borivali Court. He has been charged under  sections 354 (A) and 509 of the IPC.

He was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. This is the second case on him after Yuva Sena leader Rahul Kanal complained about his alleged derogatory tweets against later actors Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan. He was detained from the airport by the Malad Police and kept in judicial custody after presenting him before the courts.
