Jodhpur High Court dismisses 2018 case against Karan Johar, Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul

Mumbai (Maharashtra): K.L. Rahul and Hardik Pandya created quite some controversy after they appeared on the sixth season of Koffee With Karan. They drew wide attention for their comments about their sex and romantic lives. After that, a case was registered at the Jodhpur High Court by DR Meghwal against Karan Johar, Hardik Pandya and K.L. Rahul for their misogynistic, racist and sexist comments against women. Three years later, the Jodhpur HC has now disposed of the case against the three after they were found innocent by the Court.

K.L. Rahul and Hardik Pandya graced the Koffee couch in 2018 and talked about several topics including their love lives and sex lives. Revealing how he has had an active sex life since he was young and how his parents are totally okay with it, Hardik said, “I like to watch and observe how they (women) move. I'm little from the black side so I need to see how they move.”

The two cricketers were served notice after this and were dropped by the BCCI from the first match in the ODI against Australia. Pandya had to serve an apology where he reflected on his comments and apologised for hurting sentiments. He said, “After reflecting on my comments on Koffee with Karan, I would like to apologise to everyone concerned who I may have hurt in any way.”

Currently, Hardik is married to model Nataša Stanković and has two sons with her. Meanwhile, K.L. Rahul has been in a relationship with Athiya Shetty for a long time and rumours are stating they will get married early next year.
