Jaipur’s ‘Cop no. 1’ delivers results, yet again!

Jaipur: Ask any modern-day manager or those handling the public administration and first item on their ‘dread list’ would be managing a crowd of hundreds, let alone thousands of people.

Now add to this the volatility of a crowd that is bent on breaking sanity and somehow create a nuisance merely to put its point across, and the resulting picture will not be a pretty one.

However, in exactly such a difficult time, Jaipur Police Commissioner Anand Srivastava has once again proved his excellent performance by making such arrangements during the massive protest of BJP that the situation remained under control

. Police had prepared a strong master plan to prevent the party men from moving towards the assembly building. Barricading was done at 6 places, from BJP HQ to Assembly.

Normal force was deployed at 1st and 2nd barricading, water cannon and Vajra vehicles were deployed at 3rd barricading while STF was deployed in front of vehicles.

Additional Police Commissioner Ajay Pal Lamba, DCP South Mridul Kachhawa, DCP North Paris Deshmukh, Add DCP Crime Karan Sharma, Addl DCP East Avnish Sharma, Addl DCP South BL Meena, Addl DCP West Ram Singh and other officers were deployed in the arrangements.
