Has Nitish handed reins of govt to his deputy?

New Delhi: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, these days, passes remarks on everything that he does not know. When asked about any incident, his first reaction is ‘we don’t know when it happened.’ But now it seems that he does not even know that he is the Chief Minister. Recently, when he was asked about cabinet expansion, he said ask Tejashwi Yadav. Doesn’t Nitish Kumar know that he is the Chief Minister and it is the prerogative of the Chief Minister to make or expand the cabinet or reshuffle it? How then can he comment to ask the Deputy Chief Minister about cabinet expansion? Even the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Eknath Shinde, cannot say this, where the reality is that Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is running the government!

But Nitish Kumar has said this. When asked about cabinet expansion, he said that Congress people had come to him and asked him to talk to Tejashwi.
