Gurugram/New Delhi: In the wake of communal clashes that left 6 persons dead and over 50 injured in Haryana, CM Manohar Lal Khattar on Wednesday sought four more companies of central forces and said one battalion of IRB will also be deployed in violencehit Nuh. This in addition to 20 companies of central forces that are already deployed across State — 14 in Nuh, 3 in Palwal, 2 in Gurugram, and 1 in Faridabad, he added. Khattar also said 116 people have been arrested and 90 detained since Monday’s clashes in Nuh. The conspirators are being identified, he said, while strict action against guilty & asserting that security of people “is our responsibility”.
