GS Sandhu asks officials to clear stuck leases at PSKS

Jaipur: Urban Development & Housing advisor GS Sandhu held a meeting regarding problems faced in the Prashasan Shehron ke Sang campaign here on Friday.

A workshop was organized at the district level in the past to review the functioning of the bodies. In the meeting, Sandhu decided on simplification of procedure. Several leases are getting stuck.

For lands which were once notified under the UIT Act and notification was issued under Section 32 but later the bodies did not take any further action and the notification got lapsed, Sandhu gave instructions to issue guidance in the matter.

Besides, Sandhu sought to issue clarification in matters where agricultural land which was later registered due to being populated land got recorded in the revenue record and has been stuck.
