FOR COMMON MAN’S CONVENIENCE, RHB CHANGES ITS TYPE DESIGN

Jaipur: The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) has made significant changes in its type design to provide convenient ready-to-shift housing and flats to the common people as per the changing times and requirements. Now all the houses and flats built by RHB will not be less than the villas and flats prepared by the big builders in any sense. After the approval of the RHB Commissioner Pawan Arora, the new type designs have been sent to all the offices of the circle. Now, whatever new independent houses or multi-storeyed flats will be built by the Housing Board for different income groups, they will be built on the basis of these new type designs. Informing about the same, the RHB Commissioner said that these new type designs have been prepared on the basis of suggestions received from Vastu experts (architects) and according to the demands of modern times and people. It is notable that till now the independent houses which were given to the allottees by the Housing Board which did not have the facility of attached lat-bath. “There were no boundary walls and stairs due to which people could not get ready-to-shift houses. After taking possession, the allottees had to build boundary walls and stairs at their own expense. Now, after the amendment in the type design, this complaint of the people will be removed and they will be able to get ready-to-shift houses,” Arora said.
