First India Telly: Pratik Sehajpal and Nishant Bhat get candid before flying out for Khatron Ke Khiladi S12

Mumbai (Maharashtra): After their stint on Bigg Boss OTT, Pratik Sehajpal and Nishant Bhatt have been serving some serious bromance to the fans. While Bigg Boss has given some amazing couples to the television industry, this is the first-ever bromance that has received more love than the romantic coupling in the house. And this brotherhood is going to continue on-screen as both the actors will soon be seen on Khatron Ke Khiladi season 12. Before they were about to fly out to reach the shoot location i.e., Cape Town, South Africa, the duo sat down with Ashish Tiwari from First India Telly to exclusively talk about their strategy for KKK12, their friendship and more.

Talking about their thoughts on the show, Pratik replied, “I told him to think of this as nothing but a school trip. We are going to have a lot of fun. Of course, there will be stunts to do but otherwise, it is going to be fun.” Nishant revealed that their camaraderie off-screen is pure and brotherly. “When we talk, we either hurl insults at each other or talk about work. I feel proud about our journey together. Because before Bigg Boss OTT, we did not have the recognition that we get now. So, I feel that we have done a great job on whatever shows we have been on since then,” Nishant said.

Pratik chimed in, “Maybe we can relate to each other because we have the same story. As we both had talked about this before, we do not have a godfather or any other connection to the industry. We have both reached this stage with our talent and this is why we both have good bonding.” Nishant also called Pratik his younger brother and gave a glimpse of the close and pure friendship that they share.

Nishant gave an honest insight on how he thinks he will perform on the show stating, “I am not daring, I get scared easily. Pratik has that gut in him to do difficult stunts thrown his way so he may survive longer than I may. I do not work through strength but through the brain, so wherever I can use my intelligence during the stunts, I’ll do that. I may come back in the first week or the last, whatever happens, happens.”

The duo had a different take on what scares them. While Nishant agreed that everything scares him, Pratik replied that there is no such thing as fear. If one panics even in a normal situation, it may become that person’s fear.

Pratik further called Nishant’s presence in the show a bonus for him. “His presence is a bonus for me as I know that he will be there to cheer me on. But I will have to do the stunts on my own. So, I will also have to be mentally prepared to do that. The same goes for him. This time, we will have to play by ourselves and for ourselves.”
