JDA commissioner Jogaram has returned the file to the zone office. The zone office had sent the file to him for allotment of the plot.Land is to be given in the case on the orders of Lok Adalat. The hospital is proposed to get 17433 square yards of land and 6 200 square yards of land is to be allotted to the other allottees.23633 square yards of land is integral to the 200-foot strip along JLN Marg.

During the previous BJP govt, Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje directed the JDA to transform this area by clearing accumulated dirt and garbage, turning it into a green space with a jogging track. The controversy arises from the allocation of 17,433 square yards to the hospital and an additional 6,200 square yards to other claimants on the same strip.
