"False allegations...," Mahant Dinendra Das on claims that Nirmohi Akhara is unhappy with rituals of Ram Temple

Ayodhya: Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra trust member and Nirmohi Akhara Mahant Dinendra Das on Tuesday said that the claims that the Akhara is "unhappy" with the rituals in the Ram Temple town are "false" adding that everyone is satisfied and everyone is going to attend the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony of Ram Temple on January 22. "Anyone can say whatever they want. But I personally will attend the Aarti either in the morning or the evening every day... The prayers are being performed according to the Vaishnav method... The trust is going according to the Vaishnav sect... Our Akhara has gotten the invitation. Everyone is satisfied and everyone is going to attend. All of this (news of not being happy) is false,"told by Dinendra Das on Tuesday.
Earlier there were some reports claiming that Nirmohi Akhara was unhappy. The puja of the Ram Lalla is done in accordance with the Ramanandi tradition but the Trust is following a mixed tradition, which is not proper. Some media reports also claimed that akhara wanted the rituals and worship of Ram Lalla to continue in accordance with the Ramanandi traditions but the Trust has ignored their plea. When asked about the allegations that Nirmohi Akhara was not invited to the Pran Pratishtha, he said that every 'Mahatma' and political leaders are being invited on behalf of our trust. "There are 13 'panch' in the Akhara currently. All of them have been invited. Other saints of the Akhara have also been invited and everyone is coming too," he added. Nirmohi Akhara was formed about 150 years after the temple built on Ram Janmabhoomi was demolished, but the purpose with which the Akhara was formed, was like the liberation of Ram Janmabhoomi was prominently included. On this occasion, Nirvani and Digambar Akhara were also formed along with Nirmohi. In 1885, Mahant Raghuvardas of Nirmohi Akhara filed a case before the civil judge and sought permission to build a temple on the Ram platform in front of Ram Janmabhoomi, on the other hand in 1934, the role of Mahant Narottamdas and Ramsharan Das of Nirmohi Akhara was played in the effort to free the possession of Ram Janmabhoomi.
Preparations are underway in full swing for the event, which is expected to be attended by thousands of dignitaries and people from all sections of society. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to attend the consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple on January 22. The formal procedures of pre-Praan Pratishtha rituals started on January 16 and continue till January 21. Ayodhya, the birthplace of Lord Rama, holds great spiritual, historical and cultural significance for the people of India.
