Even if a Hindu nation is created, it will not be able to stay united: CM Gehlot

New Delhi: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, yet again, attacked BJP-RSS questioning that though BJP leaders are talking about Hindu Rashtra but will they be able to keep a Hindu nation together in the name of Hinduism? “Even if a Hindu nation is created, it will not be able to stay united. These same Hindus will talk later that they are people of schedule caste. Today, the people of BJP are embracing the schedule cast and tribal that they are Hindus.

Ask their soul, BJP-RSS never embraced schedule cast and tribals,” Gehlot said.

The CM said that BJP needs to ask the RSS that if Pakistan was formed in the name of religion, what is the reason that it got divided into two. “When there was a Muslim country, there were people of only one religion, then how did it break? It is a different thing to become a country on the basis of religion, its survival is a different thing. Countries can be formed in the name of religion, but it is not a guarantee that they will remain united. The same thing applies to Hindu Rashtra. Today they are talking about Hindu Rashtra. Amit Shah had spoken two words for Hindi and the whole South stood up. Amit Shah had to take back his words. When people can get angry in the name of language, just imagine what is their thinking,” Gehlot questioned.

The senior Congress leader further said that Rahul Gandhi was questioned by ED for 50 hours for five days. “Rahul Gandhi faced ED, that is also unmatched.
