DJ Himanshu Mishra's GrooveNexus strives to support budding artists in the music industry

Mumbai (Maharashtra): GrooveNexus is a digital platform that brings together all music lovers across the nation. The platform was founded in the year 2019 by Himanshu Mishra, Nishant Mishra, and Prabhanjan Deshpande. They are all musicians as well. Nishant plays the guitar and sings, Prabhanjan sings and Himanshu is a DJ who enjoys mixing music.

Around 15 more new songs are lined up to be released this year. Himanshu Mishra is the founder of GroovNexus Entertainment and Media Services Pvt Ltd. Himanshu Mishra just marked 20 years in the music industry. His musical career took off after he formed GrooveNexus Entertainment.

In 2022, Himanshu Mishra and DJ Traxeon began producing EDM music with Sykik Sensei. The most recent song from DJ Himanshu, "Light It Up," is currently streaming on Spotify. Since 2017, Himanshu has served as the director of the marketing firm Higher Pitch.

DJ Himanshu Mishra was born on 26 March 1982 in Delhi to parents Madhusudan Mishra and Sushma Mishra. He is now married to Dr Shraddha and is the father to his two daughters, Jhanvi Mishra and Divisha Mishra. He feels his daughters may also pick up music as their career line. Himanshu Mishra was passionate about music since his early childhood.

Himanshu Mishra is an alumnus of the Delhi College of Engineering IPE. After graduating, he was not allowed by his parents to work as a DJ and started working for an IT company in Delhi itself. But Himanshu kept thinking about music and doing side gigs and finally decided to pursue his full-time music career after about 17 years of employment in the IT industry. Himanshu Mishra established his record label GroovNexus in 2019.
