CM discusses investment with major Japanese firms in Tokyo

Tokyo: On his second day in Tokyo, the Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma led a delegation that engaged in a series of one-on-one interactions with senior officials from major Japanese firms, including Honda Motor Company Limited, Wafuku Hospitals and Home Care Group, & TOHO Group.

During the meeting with Honda, firm officials expressed gratitude for Govt of Rajasthan’s support for their existing facility and highlighted the state’s significance in their long-term vision and expansion plans.

The CM discussed EV sector investment opportunities and proposed a site in the Jodhpur Pali Marwar Industrial Area (JPMIA). Wafuku Hospital and Home Care Group showed interest in setting up a hospital and Japanese language school in Rajasthan, aiming to train 10,000 people in 5-6 years. The delegation also met TOHO Group officials, inviting them to expand their operations in Rajasthan.
