British Safety Council confers ‘Sword of Honour’
Ayodhya: Amidst intense competition, the construction of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir has garnered global recognition for its safety standards. After achieving five-star excellence in all areas, the Ram Mandir emerged as the leader in this competition. Thousands of workers and large machines have been involved in such a grand and intricate construction, yet, despite working with heavy stones day and night, no worker has been injured.
In light of this, the British Safety Council has honored the builders with the ‘Sword of Honour,’ and the National Safety Council has awarded a Golden Trophy. In terms of beauty, grandeur, organization, daily visitor numbers, the excellence of offerings, and donations, the Ram Temple has already been at the forefront. Now, another jewel has been added to this crown of glory. It is noteworthy that the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir is being constructed in the traditional Nagar style, with a total area of 380 feet (east-west) by 250 feet, and a height of 161 feet.
The temple has 392 pillars and 44 doors. The temple faces the east, with a main entrance consisting of 32 steps. The temple is being constructed with stones from Rajasthan’s Banshi Paharpur (approximately fifteen lakh cubic feet). On January 11th, the first anniversary of the consecration of Shri Ram Lalla is approaching. According to the construction committee chairman, Nripendra Mishra, the temple’s construction is expected to be completed by June next year.
