Both leaders assets to Congress, says Rahul Gandhi on Gehlot and Pilot

Indore: Amid the verbal spat between Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and former deputy CM Sachin Pilot, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Monday said both the leaders are assets to the party. “I don’t want to go into who said what. Both the leaders are Congress party’s assets. But I can give you guarantee that it will not affect the Bharat Jodo Yatra,” said Gandhi to a query during a press conference in Indore on Monday on different statements being given by both the leaders. Gehlot had on Thursday told NDTV that Pilot is a ‘gaddar’ (traitor) who cannot replace him as he had revolted against Congress in 2020 and tried to topple the state government, drawing a sharp response from his former deputy who said such “mud-slinging” would not help. Rahul’s yatra is scheduled to enter Rajasthan from Jhalawar in the first week of December.
