BJP moves strategically in Jharkhand on the pretext of Murmu’s Presidency!

New Delhi: In Jharkhand, it looks like the chessboard is set. Along with Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, a ‘game’ has been played in Congress as well. Jharkhand Mukti Morcha openly supported Draupadi Murmu. The party has said that she is a tribal woman, so she is being supported. However, before that, Chief Minister Hemant Soren had met Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Therefore, politics is also being seen in this whole incident. But the bigger development is that about a dozen out of 18 Congress MLAs voted for Draupadi Murmu. In Jharkhand, the party’s lone MP and Congress working president Geeta Koda also voted for Murmu. Everyone’s argument in defense is that Murmu is a tribal, so they voted for her. But the real story is something else. No Congress MLA or MP voted because Murmu is a woman, a tribal and has been the governor of Jharkhand. Everyone has voted under BJP’s Operation Lotus. It is being told that the top leadership of BJP designed this cross voting. This is part of the campaign to topple the JMM government in the state. Those who are engaged in Operation Lotus, their first test was in the presidential election.

They had to prove they could deliver. After the success of this campaign, if the high command feels confident about the state leadership’s abilities, then the campaign will go ahead. Then very soon the story of Maharashtra can be repeated. According to informed sources, 14 out of 18 Congress MLAs were in touch with the BJP and had given their consent to vote for Murmu. But later some MLAs withdrew. Keep in mind that only 12 MLAs are needed to break the Congress while avoiding the antidefection law.
