350 JOIN SAFFRON PARTY AT LUDHIANA IN PRESENCE OF HARDEEP PURI

Ludhiana: BJP on Saturday got big boost in Punjab as hundreds joined party in presence of Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri and MP Dushyant Gautam during opening of party’s Punjab spokesperson Gurdeep Singh Gosha’s office in Ludhiana.

Gosha had recently joined the party after quitting Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD).

A joining programme was held at Solitaire Cinema near Jagraon Bridge where more than 350 youths led by Gosha met Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, Rajya Sabha Member Gautam Dusht, BJP leaders Anil Sareen, BJP District President Pushpinder Singal and joined BJP formally.

Speaking on the occasion, Puri said, “The number of people present today shows that people want development, progress and prosperity in Punjab and change of government.

By taking Punjab to the forefront with cooperation, the Union Government wants every state to prosper, especially the Punjabis who have sacrificed their lives for the sake of the nation I am also proud.

I am also a Punjabi.” MP, Dushyant Gautam said that the only policy of the Centre is to do good for the people and make Punjab prosperous and peaceful state.
