AYODHYA DECKS UP FOR RAM LALLA

Ayodhya: Goswami Tulsidas ji has written in the Uttar Kand of Ramcharitmanas, in the chaupai of doha number 8, that after hearing the news of the arrival of Prabhu Ram, all the people of Ayodhya lit lamps in front of their houses. Everyone has decorated their houses with flags and banners, and all the streets are sprinkled with fragrant perfumes and joyous sounds of celebration echo throughout the entire city. This was the atmosphere in the city of Ayodhya at this time. Now, after 500 years, Lord Rama is returning to Ayodhya in the Kal Yuga and the city is immersed in Lord Ram’s glory. On January 22, Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Lord Ram Lalla at Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya will be held. The city of Ayodhya is busy singing the praises of Lord Shri Ram. Ram devotees are running langar every 50 meters, where everyone is being served everything from tea to food with lot of manuhar.

TIGHT SECURITY

Additionally, in view of the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other VVIPs for the January 22 event, security has been tightened. Security personnel are deployed at every intersection round the clock.

VAASTU PUJA PERFORMED

On Saturday, Vaastu Puja was performed at the Shri Ram Temple. For the consecration ceremony, the main idol of Shri Ram Lalla is seated in the sanctum sanctorum. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra said in a statement that old idol still exists as before. At the appropriate time it will be installed in temple with full religious rituals.

15 PATRONS, INCLUDING DOMRAJA OF KASHI

In the Pran Pratishtha Samaroh, 15 patrons from various backgrounds, including Kashi’s Domraja, will participate. They include Ramchandra Kharadi from Udaipur, head of Banwasi Kalyan Ashram; Ram Kui Jemi from Assam; Gurucharan Singh Gill from Jaipur; Krishna Mohan from Hardoi; Ramesh Jain Multani from Ajlalrasan Tamil Nadu; Vitthalrao Kamble from Mumbai, Mahadev Gayakwad from Ghumantu Society, Trustee from Latur, Maharashtra; Shri Ling Raj Vasav Raj Appa from Kalaburagi Karnataka; Dilip Valmiki from Lucknow; Anil Chaudhary from Domraja Kashi; Kailash Yadav, Kavindra Pratap Singh, Arun Chaudhary from Palwal, Haryana.
