Arora working overtime to realise RHB’s ambitious MLA flats project
The Rs 250 crore project will have 160 flats; Over 20 per cent of the works have been completed in mere 4 months by the RHB
Jaipur: The construction of MLA flats in front of the Assembly building in Jaipur by RHB is in full swing and around 20 percent work of the ambitious project of Rs 250 crore has been completed in 4 months.
The MLA housing project, under which luxury flats to accommodate 160 MLAs with facilities like clubhouse, central lawn, semi-covered swimming pool, gym, ATM, dairy, medical shops are being constructed, is expected to be completed before the tenure of the Ashok Gehlot government is over.
Nearly 500 workers are engaged daily to speed up the work. In the last 4 months, 8 floors including the ground floor have been constructed. According to the Housing Board officials, 160 flats will be ready by April next year.
After this, other facilities including central lawn, the clubhouse will be developed, as well as the work of finishing the flats will continue.
Under the project, 160 multi-storeyed 4 BHK flats are being constructed on 24,160 sq mt land of Vidhayak Nagar (West). The built-up area of each flat will be 3200 square feet
. Parking is being developed in two-level basements where about 476 cars and as many two-wheelers can be parked.
