Ananya Panday reveals she had a childhood crush on Aryan Khan

Mumbai (Maharashtra): As Karan Johar says, Ananya Panday has grown up in the corridors of Mannat with Shanaya Kapoor and Suhana Khan. The three of them have been close friends ever since then and are still going strong. From a quiet dinner night at a famous restaurant in the city to go on cosy beach vacays, the three of them are setting some strong friendship goals. Now, with Ananya basking in an already established acting career and Shanaya and Suhana entering Bollywood with their 2023 debuts, all three best friends will soon be leading Bollywood actresses.

During her stint on Koffee With Karan, the actress was asked whether she had a crush on Suhana’s older brother, Aryan while growing up. This baffled the Liger actress as she blushed and replied, “Yeah, he is cute.” When Karan tried to confirm whether she did or did not have a crush on him, Ananya quickly chirped, “Yeah, I had a crush on Aryan growing.”

Questioning her further, Karan wanted to know why the crush did not fructify, to which, Ananya cheekily answered, “Ask him.” Karan acknowledged that it would have been sweet to see two childhood sweethearts come together and Ananya too agreed that it would have been like a movie.

Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda appeared on the fourth episode of Koffee With Karan 7 in regards to their upcoming film, Liger which is produced under the Dharma Productions banner. The film directed by Puri Jagannadh also stars Ramya Krishnan and Mike Tyson. Liger will release in theatres on August 25, 2022.
