Ananya Panday, Kartik Aaryan, and many other celebrities congratulate the Indian cricket team after their historic win against Pakistan

The stakes increase when Indian plays against its biggest enemy on the field, Pakistan. After the historic win of the men in blue on August 28, people came to the streets and social media to express their emotions. Even celebrities could not hide their happiness as they took to their social media handles to express their emotions. Right from Kartik Aaryan to Abhishek Bachchan to Ananya Panday, everyone congratulated the Indian cricket team in their own way.

Abhishek Bachchan took to his Twitter to write, “YESSSSSS!!!!! C’MONNNNN #AsiaCup2022 #INDvsPAK.” Several other celebrities like Riteish Deshmukh, Arjun Rampal, Bobby Deol, Anupam Kher and many others too expressed their emotions on Twitter. Everyone especially congratulated Ravindra Jadeja and Hardik Pandya for leading the team to the massive win.

Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan took to his Instagram to give a sneak peek of how he watched the match at home. He shared a reel which showcased the six hit by Pandya that got India its win. Watching on a huge projector screen at home, Aaryan played his song, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 title track’ on the video. He wrote, “I keep praying that India wins 🇮🇳 All day All night long 🎶 #HardikRoohBaba 🤙🏻”.

Ananya Panday too shared a video on Instagram which also feature Ayushmann Khurrana and Manjot Singh among others. The video saw all of them imitating the now famous twerk step on ‘Kaala Chasma’ from Baar Baar Dekho. They even saluted to the cricket team while dancing to the song. Ananya wrote in her captions, “Jeet gaya India!!!! 🇮🇳❤️”.
