An international level museum would be built in Jaipur soon!

The State Government should send a proposal in this regard to Centre

New Delhi: L S Speaker Om Birla has taken a big initiative to promote tourism in Rajasthan and to give global recognition to art, culture and traditions. For this, Birla took a meeting of the Ministry of Tourism of the Central and State Governments on Tuesday.

Union Tourism Minister G Kishan Reddy, MoS for Culture Arjun Ram Meghwal, RTDC Chairman Dharmendra Rathore were present. It was decided that an international level museum would be built in Jaipur in old Assembly build and a Tribal Museum in Udaipur.

State Government should prepare its proposal & send it to Centre. Efforts will be made to get them approved as soon as possible, he said.

G Kishan Reddy & Arjun Ram Meghwal said that Centre is committed to development of tourism in state. For this, whatever proposals come from state govt, Centre will try to accept them on priority.
