Alia Bhatt laughs as Neetu Kapoor suggests letting Ranbir help her down the stairs

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Alia Bhatt has once again proved that she is an independent woman who does not rely on anyone else. While there are times when men willingly offer help to pregnant women for doing the simplest tasks, Alia on the other hand has carried her pregnant belly like a jewel, setting amazing examples for others. The actor recently went out with her husband, Ranbir Kapoor and mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor for a cosy dinner in a restaurant in Bandra.

While Neetu Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor were walking holding hands, Alia was striding ahead of them. After they came across a flight of stairs, Ranbir gestured towards Alia as Neetu said, “Usse pakdo (hold her)”. To this, Alia turned behind and laughed while saying, “I am fine”. She further went on to speak to Neetu Kapoor. She waved at the paparazzi while getting in the car and Ranbir helped his mother sit inside as well. The couple looked adorable as they twinned in black. Alia wore a loose shirt and shorts while Ranbir looked cool in a black t-shirt, pants and a black beanie.

Alia Bhatt previously reprimanded news publications that mentioned that Ranbir will fly down to London to bring his wife home. She expressed that she needs no one to take her back home just because she is pregnant and even rebuked the rumours of her taking rest from her busy shooting schedule.
