A star-studded affair gripped with an atmosphere of zeal at Shrey Karia's Epitome Juhu

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Epitome, a new global dining resto-bar, made its debut in Juhu on Sunday. EPITOME, a pure vegetarian restaurant bar that has its presence in Dubai as well, is set to entice diners in Mumbai's Juhu neighbourhood.
The launch of Epitome glittered with the famous Bollywood celebs. The event was one of its kind turned into a page three party of Bollywood. Famous B-town faces likes ( Salman Khan's sister Shweta Rohira, Smita Thackeray, Tanya Sharma, Vindu Dara Singh, Vishal Kotian, Heena Panchal, Akansha Puri, Jasmin Bhasin, Aly Goni, Simran Sachdeva, Talat Aziz, Raai Laxmi, Sonali Sheygal, Shivankita Dixit and many more Were spotted in the event.

The restaurant is located in an exotic and constantly developing suburb. The menu is designed to cater to a broad spectrum of customer base, with unique twists, modern methods, and elevated flavourings.
Akshay Nayar, the Head Chef, designed the menu to cater to groundbreaking and contemporary tastes of Jain, vegan and vegetarian palates and flavourings. With a special kids menu as well as popular Asian and Lebanese dishes.
Epitome, a 350-seat restaurant, serves all-day dining with popular dishes such as Veg Kheema Pav, Pindi Chole, Epitome Special, Avocado Tikka Masala, and Avocado Pani Puri, to name a few.

Every nook and cranny of the place exudes style. Epitome is an ode to the beautiful Roman era with gothic elements to marvel at, with interiors designed by ace interior designer Sumesh Menon. Epitome beckons and makes people wish they didn't have to leave, from capturing European culture to creating a fusion of modern and old school feels.

Shrey has introduced a new concept to the lounge and bar industry with his innovative idea of providing a comfortable menu option for vegetarians who love to explore liquor but are a little uncomfortable with the non-veg menu. So Shrey devised the concept of a vegetarian menu for the lounge.
