Tragic Friday: Lightning kills 4 in Bundi & injures four

Chittorgarh/Bundi: During the worsening weather on Friday afternoon in the Dabi area of Bundi, three people standing under a tree died due to lightning strikes. Additionally, a woman died from coming into contact with a high-tension power line.

SHO Anil Joshi of Dabi stated that after voting during the Lok Sabha elections on Friday, some people had come towards the Gujarghata Patpadiya area in the Dabi region. During this time, the weather changed. To escape the rain and wind, three people stood under a tree. During this time, lightning struck them. All three died at the scene, while four others were injured. The deceased, Amar Bhil, son of Chatar Bhil, Deva’s son Pema Bhil, and Kanha Bhil’s son Sohan Bhil, are all residents of Bansarodgadh in Gujarkala Thana.
