Seoul: Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, a delegation from the Rajasthan government met with senior officials from Posco International and SG Company in Seoul, the capital of South Korea. The meeting included Shin Dae-Ho, Vice President of Global Business (New Business) at Posco International, CEO Seo Oh-Jin of SG Corporation, and other officials. They provided a brief presentation about Posco International and also offered to set up an asphalt unit to improve roads in Rajasthan.

Sharma warmly invited Posco International and SG Group to invest in Rajasthan, saying, ‘Padharo Mhare Des.’

Besides the investors’ meet, the CM held oneon-one meetings with senior officials from major South Korean firms in Infrastructure, Chemicals, Startups, and Tourism, including POSCO International and GS E&C.

A special investor meet was organised to highlight Rajasthan’s tourism potential, featuring the state’s 9 UNESCO sites, forts and palaces, forests and wildlife, fairs and festivals, weddings, and the ‘Palace on Wheels.’ The event was organized with the assistance of the Indian Embassy in South Korea and the Indian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ICCK).
