Jaipur: Deputy CM Diya Kumari chairing a meeting with officers from PWD, emphasised the need for officials to remain vigilant during the ongoing monsoon season and ensure adequate measures against issues like waterlogging and road damage due to rainfall. She instructed them to regular ly monitor their respective areas via field officers. Diya issued directions for prompt resolution of quality-related complaints in construction projects & for addressing plaints promptly, noting instances where roads have deteriorated shortly after construction.

She emphasised stringent action against any negligence observed in construction activities. She further reviewed the progress of various ongoing projects. The Deputy Chief Minister also instructed officials to identify accident-prone zones on National Highways and collaborate closely with NHAI (National Highways Authority of India) officials to implement necessary remedial measures.
