Organ transplant fake NoC: 3 docs get bail from HC

Jaipur: In a significant development, the Rajasthan High Court has granted bail to Dr. Sandeep Gupta, Dr. Jitendra Goswami, and Bhanu Lavvanshi, who were accused of conducting organ transplants using fake NOCs. The court’s decision allows all three accused to be released pending trial. The High Court said that it is not clear whether these 3 were involved in obtaining fake NOC. The court has rejected the petition of 5 others.
