New districts by the end of month

Jaipur: After the announcement of 19 new districts in the state by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, work has intensified and the notification of new districts will be issued at the end of June. Special officers of administration and police are being appointed in the new districts.

A few days back, the government had appointed IAS officers as collectors in the new districts. Late on Wednesday, the government also appointed SPs.

IAS and IPS officers have been asked to resume their duties at the earliest. However, their offices have not been decided yet.

RPS officers will also be deployed district wise.
During an interaction with Revenue Minister Ramlal Jat, First India asked whether the state government would announce new divisions and new districts again.

To this, the minister Ramlal Jat, replied that the boundaries of the new districts of the state would be decided soon as the report is set to be received by next week.
