Jaipur: In a groundbreaking development, the world-renowned luxury tourist train, Palace on Wheels, will now play host to wedding celebrations. Rajasthan, swiftly gaining recognition as one of the world’s top wedding destinations, achieves a significant milestone in tourism with this initiative. The Rajasthan Tourism Corporation’s luxurious tourist train, Palace on Wheels, is set to become the world’s first luxury tourist train to host wedding ceremonies on board.

This 7-day journey promises an enchanting experience, featuring traditional rituals like Haldi, Mehendi, Sagai, Baraat, and the seven pheras, all amidst the moving train.

The signing ceremony between O&M Operators and R&D Events for ‘Wedding on Wheels’ took place at MOU. Present at the event were Pradeep Bohra, Director of the Train, Sanjay Nischal, General Manager of Palace on wheels and Ritu Raj and Dharmendra from R&D Events. Pradeep Bohra mentioned that the next session of the Royal Train will commence on July 20th, with over 150 cabins already booked in advance for the journey.
