JDA to launch new residential schemes after 4 years under Anandhi’s direction
Jaipur: The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) is set to launch new residential schemes for the first time in four years, under the direction of JDC Anandhi. Preparations are underway, with regular monitoring by the JDC to ensure a successful rollout. The first scheme will be introduced on Kalwar Road, scheduled to launch next month. Proposed on 12 hectares of land in Nahari Ka Bas, this residential project will feature approximately 386 plots, with around 180 designated for economically weaker sections. Additionally, 36 plots are earmarked for retail shops. The JDA plans to introduce a residential scheme in Zone 11 near Rohini Nagar, in the village of Manpura Teela. Two farmhouse projects are also in the works: one in Govindpura Ropada in Zone 10 and another in Jairampura in Zone 12.
