India’s global influence soars: Shekhawat

Jodhpur: At the Marwar Gau Seva Samman Samaroh by First India News held at Amargarh Fort in Jodhpur on Saturday, attendees voiced concerns about preservation & significance of cow culture.

Chief Guest Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat highlighted the impressive Gir cow, which can produce up to 68 liters of milk daily, and advocated for a revival of traditional practices and natural farming methods.

He emphasized that cows were historically revered and protected by communities long before any legal frameworks were established. He said India is in a “golden era,” with its global influence on the rise, particularly in realms of medicine, culture, yoga, and Ayurveda.

Additionally, Shekhawat stressed the importance of returning to natural farming methods, emphasizing traditional values that view humans as stewards of nature. He criticized the dependence on foreign semen for artificial insemination, warning that it threatens indigenous breeds.
