Pant prioritised timebound e-filing, reducing file disposal times from 72 to just two hours. He introduced an app for afterhours file processing and improved complaint resolution on the Rajasthan Sampark portal, cutting resolution time from 46 to 16 days. Emphasising punctuality, IT solutions, and performance monitoring, Pant streamlined workflows, reduced pending files, and set new standards for efficiency, reshaping Rajasthan’s administrative machinery for effective governance.
