Jaipur: CM Ashok Gehlot said on Monday that women in Rajasthan will soon get free smart phones. “These mobiles will be given in lots of 40 lakh each. There is delay in giving free mobile due to chip related issues,” Gehlot was speaking at RIC Center in Jaipur on Monday when the CM released the subsidy in the accounts of the beneficiaries under the Indira Gandhi Gas Cylinder Subsidy Scheme.
With this, Ujjwala and BPL cooking gas collection holders in the state have started getting the benefit of this scheme from Monday. CM Gehlot told the beneficiaries in the program, “This scheme is not for elections. Our thinking is to give social security to the people as it happens in foreign countries. We want the Govt of India to pass such a law wherein people should get a pension worth living. Whether it is 2 thousand or 3 thousand.”
Meanwhile, Minister Pratap Singh Khachariawas while attacking the Central Governmentt said that said, “BJP people are saying that Gehlot is distributing Revdi. In the coming one month, the central government will be forced to end inflation.”
