Chittorgarh: Constable shoots fellow female cop; both admitted in hospital
Begun (Chittorgarh): A constable shot a female constable before turning the gun on himself. The incident involved Constable Siyarām, who shot the female constable and then shot himself. Both constables live in the same rented house, located just 100 meters from the Begun police station. They were both referred to the Chittorgarh district hospital in a critically injured state.
Both Siyarām and the female constable are probationers. Deputy SP Anjali Singh & Station House Officer Ravindra Singh arrived at the scene as soon as they got the information. However, the reasons behind the shooting have not yet been disclosed.
