41 trainee PCS officers call on Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel

Lucknow: 41 Trainee Officers (PCS Officers) of Provincial Civil Services (Executive Branch) 2020 batch met UP Governor Anandiben Patel at Raj Bhavan here. Addressing the officers on the occasion, the Governor asked them to work for the poor people on priority. She said in the interest of public, applications and files received should be disposed of in the least time, so that the applicant can get the solution and benefit in the least time. The Governor also shared her experiences about the problems and complexities of rural life with the PCS officers. She inspired the PCS trainee officers to work responsibly during their tenure to take the benefits of government schemes to the remote rural areas. She specially encouraged the PCS officers to work with integrity. Principal Secretary to the Governor Kalpana Awasthi, Director General of UP Academy of Administration and Management L Venkateswar Lu, Director Neena Sharma and other officers were also present.
