Revealed: Aam Aadmi Party’s secret plan in the Gujarat elections
Vadodara: What was the Aam Aadmi Party focussing on in the Gujarat elections? While all parties focus on a particular vote bank, the AAP too undertook the same approach. Interestingly, a cab driver, who worked with AAP’s team for three months prior to the election, revealed the secret plan of Aam Aadmi Party. According to the driver, AAP focused on tribal areas, while in urban areas, major cities like Surat and Ahmedabad were on the radar. Delhi’s special team stayed in these areas for 90 days and this team collected grass roots data one by one. It did the work of connecting organizations. Notably, according to the driver, the cash, reportedly, used to come from Delhi, first to Ahmedabad and then used to reach other areas in the state. Word is that AAP’s volunteers were expecting 25 to 30 seats in the election.
