Gehlot reaches Guj, to forge strategy for ousting BJP’s 3 decade long rule!

Vadodara: After his tour of Gujarat was postponed three times, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot finally reached Gujarat to brainstorm on the strategy to encircle PM Modi and Amit Shah in their own stronghold. Gehlot has taken charge as a senior observer regarding the Gujarat Assembly elections. On Wednesday, he held meetings with senior Congress leaders in Vadodara and Ahmedabad during which Gujarat Congress state in-charge Dr Raghu Sharma and Minister in Rajasthan government Pramod Bhaya were also with Gehlot. The Congress, which is shrinking in the country, is now trying find ‘Sanjeevani’ for itself on the pretext of Gujarat elections. The election of Gujarat is very important for the Congress, in such a situation, the Congress high command has given a free hand to CM Gehlot in the impenetrable stronghold of BJP.

During his tour of Vadodara on Thursday, CM Gehlot targeted the BJP and AAP. While interacting with media, he said that BJP's 'Gujarat model' was nought. He also spoke about Kejriwal and AAP without taking names and stressed that in a democracy, any new party can contest polls. However, the fight in Gujarat will be between Congress and BJP only, he stressed.

Regarding the election strategy, he said, "Wait for sometime. Congress is forming the govt in Gujarat. Congress-BJP contest in Gujarat will be interesting as Congress will have a great campaign in the elections. BJP's Gujarat model has been exposed. Many incidents like the Bilkis Bano case are happening in the country. Constitution is being blown up, democracy is in danger in the country. No where the country is going."
