Yo Yo Honey Singh and Iulia Vantur open up on their song Yai Re

Rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh has recreated the 1990s hit track 'Yai Re' from the movie 'Rangeela', which was Grammy and Oscar winning composer A. R. Rahman's first Hindi soundtrack. The gorgeous Iulia’s sultry look has added that extra touch of oomph to the track. She is seen in a whole new avatar which has undoubtedly set our screens on fire. Yo Yo Honey Singh and Lulia got in a candid chat with Ashish Tiwari of First India and spoke about their experience. 

Sharing on how she got on board Iulia shared ,” I started dancing when I heard the song , I didn’t even know the original song was iconic . But when i saw the original one it really scared me as we had to match up to that level. I trusted him all along Especially his music and Tips “

Honey Singh Added , “There was indeed a pressure to not the spoil the song and keeping it’s legacy intact .  I’ve loved the original song Yai Re and when the opportunity came in to recreate such an iconic track, I jumped on it. Yai Re is a party anthem of 2022-2023. We hope the fans love it as much as we loved creating it”

Sharing her experience Iulia shared , “I didn’t want to listen the song too many times that would spoil the new vision for this song so i just went ahead with the flow, I just landed and saw the preps for the song and was really worried but the team helped me get everything in place” 

Honey Singh shared his experience on working Iulia he said , “ Iulia’s dedication , hardwork and focus towards work is really commendable . We have shot in extreme conditions but her efforts towards everything is really commendable.”

He added , “I have bigger dreams and I am working towards it I want to achieve things that no one can imagine . Soon I am bringing my old self with a new album for my fans. I am the OG and i am the phoenix i rise from the ashes that ‘s honey Singh 3.0 for everyone”

The music video is directed by Mihir Gulati, The video is bewitching right from the start, set in a club where both Honey and Iulia are seen grooving to the all-new “Yai Re”. The song is available on the Tips Music Channel.
