Salman Khan, a superstar in Bollywood, has a sizable following. He has established a reputation for himself over the years thanks to his blockbuster films and enduring personality. Fans are constantly interested in learning more about him because he is one of the most well-known performers in India. According to recent rumors, he intends to construct an opulent 19-story hotel with a view of the ocean on Bandra's Carter Road in Mumbai.

It's true what you just read! The actor intends to build a lavish hotel with rooms, swimming pools, conventional centres, and cafés for everyone's enjoyment, according to sources in the Times of India. The BMC has accepted the development plans for the area where the residential Starlet CHS had stood. It appears that the Khan family's original ambitions to construct a residential area have been abandoned.

Salma Khan, Salman's mother, is listed as the property's owner in the records, the media outlet reported. The BMC received the hotel construction proposal around a year ago. According to the newspaper, the family's architect, Sapre & Associates, also filed a revised and updated design under the new Development Control & Promotion Regulation (DCPR-2034) for a 69.90-meter-tall commercial structure with central air conditioning.

Three-level basements will make up the majority of the hotel's facilities, according to the family's plans. Numerous cafés and eateries will be found on the first and second floors. Swimming pool and a gym will be on the third level. The fifth and sixth stories will be turned into conference centres, with the fourth floor serving as a service floor. The hotel rooms will be located on the seventh through nineteenth levels.

Salman's most recent film appearance was in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, directed by Farhad Samji, which was released on April 21 to mixed reviews from both viewers and critics. The next time we'll see him, he'll be in Tiger 3 with Emraan Hashmi and Katrina Kaif.
