Sumitra Devi i.e. Deepika Chikhalia Topiwala is very excited about her role and says that as the story of the serial progresses, it is increasing in interest.

Mumbai 14 August, Dhartiputra Nandini is being telecasted on Nazara TV from Monday to Friday at 8.30 pm. About fifteen episodes of this serial have been telecast and it is being liked a lot. The serial Dhartiputra Nandini is produced by DCT Movies and its producer is Deepika Chikhalia Topiwala.

The story in this week is as follows, Sumitra Devi hosts a reception at home to welcome her new daughter-in-law Nandini back home. During this, Akash and Nandini also dance at the behest of Sumitra. Bhardwaj family's daughters-in-law Kamya, Jyoti and Priya do not like Nandini’s enjoyment. On Jyoti's insistence, Nandini drinks the milk kept for the ritual and the guests at home, seeing this action of Nandini, scold Sumitra Devi that she has brought an illiterate daughter-in-law for her son. imarti and Kamya also made a conspiracy to throw Nandini out of the house. Kamya calls two thieves to her house and gets them robbed in her own room. As per the plan, both the thieves loot all the valuables but they got caught. When interrogated by the family, the thieves say that Nandini has sent them. All the family members are shocked to hear Nandini's name from the thieves' mouth. Then Nandini accepts all the allegations leveled against her and says that it was she who had sent the thieves into the house and that she along with the thieves had committed many thefts and even murders in the past. Nandini tells the family that they should be arrested by the police and put behind the bars. All the family members are stunned to hear her words, then both the thief and Kamya start fearing that they will be caught in their lie. Kamya secretly switches off the lights of the entire house. Both the thieves take advantage of the opportunity and run away from there. In the dark, Kamya mistakes Sumitra for Imarti and tells her the whole truth. At the end of the episode, Sumitra slaps Kamya and throws her out of the house.

Deepika ji further says, “Sumitra is very happy on her daughter-in-law's return home and she does not want to leave any stone unturned to welcome her new daughter-in-law.”

The heroine of the serial Nandini i.e. Shagun Singh says that it was challenging for her to play the character of farmer's daughter Nandini but this character teaches her a lot about acting and life. Shagun says that “Nandini was very broken after the death of her maternal grandfather, but after coming to her in-laws house, she gets a lot of love from Sumitra Devi. Now she has as much love as her husband Akash and other family members.”
The serial's hero Akash i.e. Aman Jaiswal feels very comfortable while playing his character. Aman says, “Aakash is US return and he has many aspirations for his life. Akash has been married to Nandini, an illiterate girl from the village, due to which he is not happy at all. It will be interesting to see in the future whether Akash will be able to accept his wife Nandini or not.”

Next week there is going to be a spectacular entry of two new faces in Dhartiputra Nandini. These two faces are going to bring a storm in the Bhardwaj family.
