Priyanka and Nick celebrate their first Diwali with Malti Marie with a cosy celebration

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas celebrated their first Diwali as parents with their daughter Malti Marie at their LA house. The couple who became parents earlier this year are always careful about not showcasing the face of their daughter on social media in order to protect her privacy. This time too, the doting parents made sure to hide her face with a heart. Nick posted two photos from the celebration that saw the trio matching in beige.

Priyanka wore a beige choli and lehenga paired with a similar jacket. Meanwhile Nick wore a similar coloured kurta along with Malti looking absolutely cute in a beige dress. The trio posed together as Nick held Malti and Priyanka stood beside him. The next photo saw them during the Diwali puja as their daughter sat on PC's lap as Nick held on to her hand. He wrote in the caption, "Such a beautiful Diwali celebration with my ❤️ Happy Diwali everyone. Sending joy and light to you all. #diwali".

Priyanka and Nick have never missed a single year of Diwali celebrations and have always thrown grand parties for their LA friends. But this year, it seems that the couple have opted for a cosier Diwali due to the arrival of their daughter. The couple have decided to stay at home and take care of their daughter this year as they did not go to awards nights as well. Instead they chose to stay at home while Nick's brothers and everyone else could be seen donning their best attire at the carpet. They even gave the Met Gala a miss this year, the birth place of their ultimate romance.

Although she is trying to spend as much time with her daughter as possible, Priyanka is a professional who made sure to take care of her deadlines. She will be seen in It's All Coming Back To Me alongside Sam Heughan, Russo Brothers' production Citadel on Prime Video and will start the shoot of Farhan Akhtar's Jee Le Zaraa next year with Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt.
