Pakistani Actor Adnan Siddiqui Targets Priyanka Chopra ! Here’s why

Actress Priyanka Chopra , who has been ruling Hollywood, was criticised by a Pakistani actor Adnan Siddiqui , who featured in Sridevi’s last film, Mom. Adnan slammed the Bollywood actress for calling Pakistani director Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy ‘South Asian’ in her latest Instagram story. For the unversed, PeeCee praised Sharmeen for becoming the first woman of colour and the first woman to be directing a Star Wars film.

He wrote in the post, “With due respect, @priyankachopra. Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy is a Pakistani first just to brush up your knowledge. Much like the way you flaunt your Indian nationality whenever you get the opportunity before claiming to be a South Asian.”

Besides Priyanka, several celebrities extended congratulatory messages to Sharmeen for the film. It also included several ones from Pakistan.

Earlier, Adnan Siddiqui had criticised the portrayal of Pakistanis in the film Mission Majnu, starring Sidharth Malhotra and Rashmika Mandanna.
