Netizens hilariously link this stunt from ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’ to Ajay Devgn’s ‘Phool Aur Kaante’

Mumbai (Maharashtra): The trailer of Thor: Love and Thunder has received immense love from the MCU fans worldwide and everyone is awaiting the release of the fourth instalment in the Thor film series. But what has caught the attention of Indian fans is the similarity between one stunt that Thor does in the film and the classic Ajay Devgn stunt in Phool Aur Kaante. Yes, that’s right, the Marvel Studios film has copied a stunt from the 1991-Ajay Devgn-starrer.

A scene in the trailer shows Australian actor Chris Hemsworth balancing his stretched legs on two vehicles. Similarly, Ajay Devgn balances the same way on two motorcycles in Phool Aur Kaante. This has caused Twitter to erupt with hilarious memes that compare the two scenes. Many came out to jokingly warn, “Do not copy our legend.”

Thor: Love and Thunder is part of the vast Marvel Cinematic Universe and takes forwards the story of Thor Odinson, the God of Thunder and one of the original Avengers. The film directed by Taika Waititi, stars an ensemble cast of Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tessa Thompson and Christian Bale among many others. The film will have a worldwide release on July 7, 2022.
