India witnessed the crowning of the youngest beauty pageant winner in its history. At 13 years of age, Sejal Gupta from Chandigarh was crowned the winner of India’s biggest teen beauty pageant – Miss Teen Diva 2022, held at the Zee Studies in Jaipur. Currently, a high school student, Sejal is also an actor and model and has been part of the fashion and movie industry since her pre-teen years. She has appeared in series of TV commercials and has walked the fashion runway on multiple occasions. She marked her Bollywood debut in Akshay Kumar’s Mission Mangal and ever since then there has been no looking back for her. This year, she is going to open a new chapter in her life as she will be representing India at one of the biggest and oldest international beauty pageants in the world, Miss Teen International. Her journey from being a model to making her Bollywood debut to representing India at the world stage is a pure tale of determination, hard work and dedication. 1. Sejal marked her cinematic debut at the age of 8 when she appeared in the Indian Sitcom named Kya Haal, Mr. Paanchal.

3. Sejal started taking dance lessons at the age of 6 and is a trained dancer, specializing in Indian classical and freestyle dance forms.

4. She has Herpetophobia (fear of reptiles).

5. Her favorite move is Shahrukh Khan’s “Main Hoon Na” and she has watched it 16 times.

6. Mathematics is one of her least favorite subjects and she believes it requires a lot of practice for her to excel in it.
