Kedar Aashish Mehrotraa bids a teary goodbye to COLORS' 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 14'

In the fifth week of its electrifying 14th season, COLORS' 'Khatron Ke Khiladi' pulled out all the stops, unleashing heart-racing challenges that had viewers glued to their screens. This season's daredevils have been pushing the limits of human endurance, but not everyone can go the distance. The favourite of the masses Kedar Aashish Mehrotraa bid adieu to the show as his adrenaline-fueled journey came to a dramatic close in week five. His fearless performances and infectious spirit won over audiences nationwide, making his elimination a jaw-dropping moment.

From day one, Kedar brought his infectious energy to the show, lighting up Romania with his happy-go-lucky vibe. Beneath that sunny exterior lay the heart of a true daredevil. Despite his intense fear of snakes, he left everyone in awe of his newfound courage. His lungs were put to the test in the dreaded gas chamber. Not only did he outlast his competitors, but he was ready for round two! With a snake on his back, wire in his hand, and a coin shower, Kedar tackled this multi-tasking nightmare with such finesse that even host Rohit Shetty couldn't help but sing his praises. Proving he had an iron will, Kedar sucked out grasshoppers like a pro, even as the insects fought back with bites. In a cruel twist of fate, the electric current stunt proved to be Kedar's kryptonite. Despite giving it his all, the disorienting effects of the current brought his thrilling journey to an end.

Overwhelmed with emotions, Kedar Aashish Mehrotraa says, “Khatron Ke Khiladi wasn't just a show for me; it was a life-altering journey that money can't buy. Every day was a rollercoaster of emotions - from jitters to exhilaration. Working with the legendary Rohit Shetty and alongside such amazing contestants has been a dream come true. The challenges we've overcome together have made me stronger than I ever thought possible. When I was eliminated, I couldn't hold back my tears. That's how much this show, this experience, meant to me. But I believe in God's plan, and I know this is just the beginning of something greater. Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 has ended for me, but the lessons I've learned and the strength will stay with me forever. To the incredible team behind the stunts, the entire COLORS crew, and everyone who made this possible - thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
