In Bloody Daddy, Ali Abbas Zafar claims that Shahid Kapoor performed 99 percent of the action
The fans' enthusiasm has been through the roof ever since the first image of Shahid Kapoor in Bloody Daddy was revealed. Ali Abbas Zafar will helm the actor's follow-up film after his outstanding performance in the Raj and DK-hosted online series Farzi. Diana Penty is a co-star in this movie, which is being produced by AAZ Films and Offside Entertainment and will be shown at Jio Studios. The director of Bloody Daddy today spoke passionately about the action scene and how Shahid completed it on his own.
Bloody Daddy would include Shahid Kapoor in a bloody action scene, as was clear from the trailer. He was spotted pulling off many feats, and we bet fans can't wait to see more of them. Well, talking about the same, Ali Abbas Zafar said, “With Shahid, one thing which was never a problem was the action. He has a great understanding of movement and dance. Action is all about rhythm. The action unit was like wow, he has such a great process of understanding. 99% of the action in the film is real and he has done it all,” quipped the director.
The movie was shot from beginning to end by Shahid Kapoor during the Covid-19 festival. After Farzi, the actor shot for a romance movie with Kriti Sanon that is set to be released in theatres in October and was produced by Maddock Films. In contrast, Ali Abbas Zafar just released Jogi, which starred Diljit Dosanjh, and is currently hard at work on Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, which will feature Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. The movie will probably be out around Christmas 2023.
