Imtiaz Ali on Wamiqa Gabbi, “She’s very talented, till date I call her Choti Waali”

Wamiqa Gabbi, known for her roles in 'Jubilee,' 'Khufiya,' 'Charlie Chopra & Mystery of Solang Valley,' and 'Modern Love Chennai,' earns high accolades from director Imtiaz Ali. Starting her career with Imtiaz Ali's 'Jab We Met' in 2007, Wamiqa recently received glowing praise from the director during an interview with Mukesh Chabbra. Ali affectionately refers to her as "Choti Waali," highlighting her exceptional dialogue delivery and versatility. 

Director Imtiaz Ali recalls, "She is very talented, she was too young during Jab We Met...I used to call her Choti Waali as she said dialogues so gracefully and beautifully whatever was given to her she used to do very nicely, so I used to always get her to do any director’s improvisation as she did it very well, in fact till date, I call her Choti Waali.”
